Shipping to United States
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (FREE)
- Coverage: Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days
- Minimum order: None
- Automatic free shipping on orders over $150
Express Shipping (PAID)
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Shipping fee: $15
- Ships within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
Overnight Shipping (PAID)
- Delivery time: 1 business day
- Shipping fee: $25
- Available Monday-Friday only
- Order must be placed before 12 PM EST for next-day delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through your carrier's website.
Shipping Insurance
ARKIVIN covers the risk of loss or damage during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we'll resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs at Checkout
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping is automatically applied to U.S. orders over $150.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to the United States. International shipping to Europe and Asia-Pacific regions will be available in 2027.
Delivery Issues
- **Lost or Damaged Packages**: Contact us at contact@arkivin.com with your tracking number and photos if applicable. We'll investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
- **Delayed Delivery**: Standard shipping delays sometimes occur due to carrier issues. Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed.
