Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the items meet the following conditions:

- Product is unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- No signs of damage, wear, or alteration

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@arkivinhome.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive return shipping instructions and authorization number
3. Ship the item(s) to the provided address using your preferred carrier (customer pays return shipping)
4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been used, washed, or worn
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original tags or with damaged packaging

Defective or Wrong Item

If your item arrived defective or incorrect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
